The Hamilton-Halton Construction Association’s Plan Room offers contractors and suppliers access to projects in Hamilton, Halton, NIagara, Waterlo & Peel Regions. Need a project outisde of these regions, give the office a call and we will do our best to get the tender documents in our Plans Room.

HHCA Members have two choices on how they can access plans and specs, they can visit Link2Build, the HHCA's Electronic Plans Room or they can drop by our office and use our Physical Plans Room.

Over the years our Plans Room has been growing in size, in 2012 we processed over 1450 projects!

As technology advances, so have our services. Our Electronic Plans Room offers our members access to project documents 24/7. Online you will find specifications separated by Division and made searchable for your ease. You also have the option to subscribe to any project and receive automatic email updates when a change is made, such as an addendum being posted.

In our efforts to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we have reduced printing in our Plans Room. What does that mean for you? We are keeping costs down by not printing 100% of projects that we receive electronically. If you are looking for a project that is "Only Available Online" we ask that you call our office and request that we print the project. We guarantee that the project will be printed within 24 hours.

The HHCA also has a full Blue Print copy service available for our Members at competitive rates. Simply call or email the office with your print order!
